A complainant, Mr. Michael Uzoagba On Tuesday pleaded with the Independent Investigation Panel on Human Rights Violations by the defunct SARS and other units of the Nigerian Police to order N115 million compensation in his favour, following his alleged unlawful arrest, detention and seizure of property by the Police in 2018.
