Chairman of the Independent Investigative Panel on SARS, Justice Suleiman Galadima rtd, on Thursday asked ACP Magawate Mode to assist the panel with vital information that will enhance it's ability to serve justice appropriately.

Specifically, Justice Galadima rtd requested that the ACP furnish the panel with a sequential list of DPO's who had served in Maitama, Abuja from 2013 - 2020.

The Nigerian police on Thursday told the Independent Investigative Panel on human rights violations by the disbanded Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS) and other police units in Abuja, that Eric Ezela, who was arrested by the officers of the Intelligence Response Team in 2017, is not in their custody and there is no record of his arrest, detention and custody with the police.
